Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Dharma subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are sold and billed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Because Google Play processes the payment, Google Play's cancellation and refund mechanisms apply, alongside the details below.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Dharma → Cancel subscription.
  • Or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on any device signed into the same Google account.

Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to your current tier's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not prorate or immediately revoke access on cancellation.

Refunds

Because payments are processed by Google Play, refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. In general:

  • Purchases within the last 48 hours are often eligible for a refund directly through Google Play, without contacting us.
  • For refund requests outside that window, or in case of a billing error, double-charge, or a technical issue that prevented you from using the App, contact us at support@dharmascriptures.com with your Google Play order ID (found in your Play Store purchase history), and we will review the request in good faith.
  • We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period once the AI credits associated with that period have been substantially used, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Free Tier

Dharma's free tier (200 AI credits/month, 10/day) requires no payment and carries no cancellation or refund obligations — you can stop using the App at any time.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account (Profile → Privacy → Delete Account) does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription — cancel via Google Play separately to stop future billing.
